Authenticating User Requirements
To authenticate this integration for the first time, a user must be a Gong User with valid membership.
Connect
1. Connect Gong via OAuth from the Helix interface.
2. Select the relevant company account.
3. Import calls and transcripts into Helix.
4. Review analysis outputs and use insights to drive coaching and GTM execution.
Security and access model:
- Calls marked private (`isPrivate=true`) are excluded from import.
