Setup for Gong Admins

  1. Connect Wiza to Gong Enrich using supported provider credentials or Gong Credits.
  2. Add Wiza to your email or phone enrichment waterfall.
  3. (Optional) Sync enriched contacts back to your CRM.

How it Works

  1. Users can enrich contacts directly from supported Gong contact views and Engage flows.
  2. Wiza can be used alongside other approved data providers. If Wiza does not return the requested data, Gong Enrich continues through the configured enrichment waterfall.

Requirements

Gong Enrich must be enabled for your Gong account. Gong Credits apply only when accessing Wiza through Gong rather than a connected Wiza account. Read more on the Gong Help Center.

No. Data accessed through a customer’s own connected provider account uses the customer’s existing Wiza subscription or credits. Gong Credits are used when Gong Enrich accesses additional data through providers purchased through Gong.
