### Can I control which users to import call recordings for?
Yes - there are user level permissions around which users to import external call recording transcripts for. Data is only synced once these users have been selected. If a user is deselected at any point, all their call recording data is deleted automatically.

### Does Workbounce process internal calls as well as external calls?
Workbounce does not process internal calls. If all participants share one of the pre-determined “internal domains” during onboarding, the call will not be processed.
