About
Zentrik helps B2B software teams decide what to build and how it should work from customer evidence. Your team reviews the findings and carries the quotes behind each decision into product briefs and delivery.
With a read-only Gong connection, choose individual calls or save recurring imports filtered by trackers, title rules, and an external-participant requirement. Zentrik finds recurring customer needs in the transcripts and keeps each insight linked to the speaker, quote, and call.

FAQ
Zentrik imports call transcripts and relevant call details, including speaker and participant context. Optional Gong tracker filters help you select relevant conversations. The integration does not download audio or video recordings.
Zentrik analyzes imported transcripts to identify customer needs, pain points, and feature requests. Insights remain linked to their supporting evidence so your team can review the original context and connect findings to product opportunities and ideas.
Yes. Review and select individual calls, or configure recurring imports with rules such as date windows, title matching, and Gong trackers. You can also require calls to include an external participant.
No. The integration uses read-only permissions to retrieve calls, transcripts, call details, and tracker settings. It does not create, update, or delete data in Gong.
When account matching is enabled, Zentrik uses external participants’ company domains or a title pattern to match calls to existing accounts. Calls with ambiguous matches stay unlinked so your team can review them.
The illustration uses fictional sample data to show a Gong quote becoming evidence for a product decision and delivery work. The mention counts, accounts, and ARR are examples, not customer results. Gong supplies the call transcripts; account and revenue context comes from separate account or CRM data. Your team reviews the evidence and decides what to build.
