Requirements

Subscription Requirements

This integration is available to all Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Gong customers. 

Authentication Requirements

To authenticate this integration for the first time, a user must be a Gong Tech Admin and have Global Admin permissions in Microsoft Dynamics 365

Connect

  1. In Gong, navigate to Company Settings > CRM and select Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
  2. Click Connect
  3. Enter the URL for your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales instance. 
  4. Log into Microsoft with your Global Admin user credentials and approve the integration.
  5. Select the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales field used for opportunity stages. 
    • The field you select will be used across Gong as the deal stage. 
    • If you do not manage opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, use the default option (Process code)
  6. Click Save.
  7. Once the connection is set up, go to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Integration page and select the field which holds deal amount. 
    • The value in this field is displayed as the deal value in Gong.
